This is my friend, and I am so so proud of her. She's struggled keeping to meal plans in the past but this time I am doing it with her.
We're eating the same foods - steak, chicken, fish, eggs, sausages, bacon, avocados, peanut butter, tuna, prawns, omelettes, brocolli, butter, mayonnaise , Greek yogurt, berries (just to name a few!)
We send each other pics of our foods every day!
We are holding each other accountable.
