Where is deactivation page in telegram?

First of all, you have to search in the Google Search Telegram Deactivation Page, Now you have to click on the first link that is shown on the search results page as shown in the figure below.

After click on my telegram link you will this Delete account page, now you have to enter your account mobile number in the Your phone number column.

After that, you will get a confirmation code on your registered Phone number simply copy that code and paste it on the confirmation code column and simply click on the sign-in button.

If your confirmation code is correct then you will go to the next step where you have to select one option from three options, now you are trying to delete your telegram account so please click on the delete account.

Now you have to enter a simple reason why you want to delete your telegram account, you can write any of the reasons that you want as you can see I am writing this is the too unuseful app I have ever seen.
